All orders are handcrafted and carefully packaged before shipment. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Golden Hour Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Thomasville, North Carolina area. If local pickup is offered, instructions will be provided at checkout.
