At Golden Hour Skincare, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality.

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thegoldenhour@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
